I just can't say enough about these people. Husband/wife owned company who clearly care about making a flawless transfer of property. I definitely recommend!

Nothing but good to say about this company. Professionalism and honesty were evident throughout the process. We couldn't be happier. They were thorough, yet expedient. And rolled with all our changes smoothly. Including last minute changes to the contract in the midst of closing! Also, friendly and personable. We will use them in the future and recommend them to others with no hesitation!

Good people to work with. Particularly the gent who attended me in person was really professional in his manners and procedures. The ladies at the phone need to be a little bit more friendly towards the customers but I guess they'll learn that with the time... ;)

The service was HORRIBLE. We were treated really RUDE and with NO respect. The lady that owns the company was VERY RUDE. She needs to learn to treat her clients with respect and some manners. She needs to realize that the customers are paying for her and the lawyer’s service. We were told that the lawyer was HER lawyer even though we were paying for the service. She also needs to learn real estate laws. We have bought and sold several properties and this is the WORSE service we have ever received. We were OVERCHARGED on fees and paid for fees that the buyer should have been responsible for. We will NEVER use her services ever again and definitely would NOT recommend her. The folks at Blue Ridge Title and Settlement went over and beyond my expectations in getting a Deed transferred to satisfy Medicaid laws. We needed this done by the end of June before meeting with Smyth County Social Services to complete the Medicaid application for my Mother. Being from out of state, I spoke with several Attorneys in Marion by phone explaining my needs and none of them would commit to the time frame I needed. Just by chance, a person referred me to Blue Ridge Title and Settlement. I called them and explained my needs, they had a few questions and needed to see a couple of documents.
