Blue Ridge Crossing Apartments & Townhomes

I recently met with the property manager, and I found her to be very approachable and supportive. She took the time to carefully review and explain the rental ledger with me, which helped clear up several areas of confusion. She was patient, attentive, and thorough in making sure I understood each step. What stood out the most was how easy she was to talk to—she created a comfortable space for open conversation and problem-solving. Her professionalism, combined with her willingness to listen and assist, made the meeting both productive and reassuring.

This place is outrageously horrible. They pushed for me to take a unit, and I had no choice because I was desperate. I'm disabled and autistic and they placed me in a unit with a full on cockroach infestation. I see them during the day, all of my food has to be inside my fridge (even if it doesn't need to be refrigerated), etc. I called the emergency maintenance line only for them to say that it's not an emergency and they hung up on me. On top of that they lied to me and my support worker about the unit being okay for sale (my support worker only passed the unit because she didn't see any bugs when she was inspecting). This is literally ILLEGAL. Do NOT live here.

My boyfriend and I drove almost four hours this morning for a scheduled tour of a one-bedroom apartment. We had confirmation, emails—the whole thing. But apparently that meant nothing, because when we arrived, the front-desk worker casually informed us that there were no apartments available to show. Not now, not next month—not until February of next year. Instead, we were generously offered a tour of a townhouse that was, of course, way above the price range we clearly stated. Because nothing says “professionalism” like bait-and-switch before noon. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time, gas, and patience.

It is been an excelent customer service. Team was help full and multitask. They checked our background and help us complete the process of move to the unit in the same day we apply. They are flexible by giving the tour to the apartment.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this apartment and the management team. They’ve been incredibly attentive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or requests were handled promptly, and I truly appreciate how organized and welcoming they’ve been throughout the process.
