Matthew was professional, polite, and provided our family with an appraisal that seemed accurate and fair. It was a tricky job and he took the time and care to do it right. Would totally recommend.

Me, my family & friends were shocked at the callousness of Blue Ridge Appraisal. We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic and FOA Reverse Mortgage had requested a sign off on the sewer system which was holding up the loan. It cost me $1800 in mortgage payments because they simply sat on the paperwork and did not forward it to the appraiser, according to the appraiser Matthew Todd. FOA clarified that I had switched companies and they continued to do nothing. FOA called them practically everyday with no response ever. I was desperate to harvest my money from my Reverse Mortgage to pay for eye operations to save my sight, hearing aids & dental; and to save my home in this pandemic. Very polite and stuck to their own schedule. Appear to be geographically challenged though coming from Asheville unaware of the nicer areas near downtown Waynesville.
