Blue Ridge Apartments

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our experience obtaining an apartment at Blue Ridge. Matthew, Stephanie and all the staff have made the transition to our new home as pleasant as possible. They were courteous, professional and available to answer any questions we may have had. It's been a great experience and the complex is very peaceful and I recommend anyone looking to move, give them an opportunity to show you what they offer. We are very, very satisfied.

My son lived in these apartments. He loved it there and I must admit they were very nice. Unfortunately my son was killed in an accident and I had to remove all of his belongings from his apartment. No problem. Had everything removed within 4-5 days because it was nearing the end of the month and I wanted to be respectful of them being able to get it rented as quickly as possible. They are owned by the triple crown corporation and they refused to give back a full month or even half a months rent which is the requirement in the PA statute in the event of a death. My son’s estate is owed some money from the triple crown corporation. I’m sure we will never get it. Just remember this if you plan to do business with this corporation. They don’t have any integrity and it’s all about their mon

I love Blue Ridge. All the employees are always helpful and happy. Recently they helped me with some computer things. It is safe here and lit up at night. Convenient with stores and restaurants.

Beautiful and quiet. The staff and residents are respectful, curtious, and friendly. Property is very well kept and clean. Been here for one month now and absolutely love it

The Management is always helpful with any maintenance request we made. The place is nice and quite. Really enjoyed staying there.
