The holes from in the house from the rotten wood was never fixed and they haven't fixed the holes so rats have been coming in for months now and Everytime we mentioned it to the office they said they would take care of it and now months later the rats have destroyed my mothers stuff and its not right what y'all are doing to her this should of been fixed months ago how would you like it if rats was destroying your stuff 😢 if you don't want to fix stuff then give us our rent money back and deposit because this is like living in hell having rats destroying birth certificate and pictures that can't be replaced is not right because simple holes wasn't fixed. 9625 McDaniels dr

This place let rats destroy my mother's stuff they neglected to fix the house properly and had rotten wood and leaking pipes that caused all of problems and instead of fixing it in December of last year 2024 they waited almost a year to fix anything and we had to get the code enforcement to get them to fix the house code enforcement and me have all the photos of the damage and neglect here so we will be suing y'all for my mother's stuff and for 5 months of are rent money back because the city said y'all cannot get away with this and the house has been unlivable for a long time and code enforcement couldn't believe they are still charging us rent for a unlivable house

All of my stuff was destroyed by water damage and rats coming in the house through holes that wasn't repaired here off McDaniels drive had to get the city involved to get them to fix stuff properly it's very sad and they owe me for all my stuff that was destroyed by there neglect it's sad how they are doing my family and my stuff here

This Realty Company is AWESOME!!! They didn't take me through a lot. The process was easy, they are Kind and understanding. No problems with repairs at all. Great Customer Service, they call back in time. Just Overall 5 Stars for Me!!!!
