Blue Point Apartments

Cori & kannon where extremely helpful and friendly with our application and move in process, the apartments are kept up nicely most with full washer and dryer which is really nice, apartments feel roomy (not so crammed) lots of free space even in one bedroom apartments, the maintenance people are so far super handy as they got a closet door fixed in the time of only a few hours after it happened! The parking lot also doesnt seem to crammed or anything yet as it comes with car ports for most residents and garages if you chose, neighbors are also usually quite just lots of different work schedules!

This a good place to live, it’s quiet and the staff is super friendly. Recently had to leave due to work but they were very helpful and quick with the process. I’d recommend to a friend.

My husband (then boyfriend) and I lived there for 15 months starting in 2021 and always had a good experience. Apartment was good quality and clean from the previous residents. Neighbors were friendly and quiet at night. I hadn’t been paying my $25 pet fee for six months (I thought I was including it in rent but turns out I wasn’t) and they didn’t even charge me with a late fee! Just had me pay 6 months worth of pet rent. I thought that was nice of them. Rent price went up anywhere from $150 to $200 in the time we lived there which we didn’t like, that everywhere right now though. Would recommend this place.

I've lived here for about 6 months now and I plan to stay. My experience has been wonderful. Firstly, I love the location. Convenient to Spokane and easy access to head north. The property is always kept clean, the maintenance people are right on top of things and do a great job and the office staff are always helpful. I love the community here. It's a great mix of families and singles, young and old. I've never experienced a negative exchange with anyone here. The area is safe and quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors so I believe the construction is well made. I like that Blue Point is pet friendly. I don't have a pet of my own but I enjoy seeing all the people walking their dogs and the cats in the windows. They even have two dogs parks to let your pet have freedom to roam off leash. I'm ve
