I have been renting from Blue Dog Properties for one year. Lisa has been the best property manager I have ever had over a decade of renting in Richmond! She genuinely cares about renters’ well-being which is unfortunately rare these days. It is so nice to be seen as a person and not just a rent payment. I have only had one maintenance issue this year and it was promptly taken care of. I cannot recommend Blue Dog Properties enough.
