Go with another builder!! Our home is almost 11 months in and still not completed(we were “dried in” before the rain this spring) If you’re lucky, they will work on your home more than 1 day a week. Make them carry the construction loan, probably get better results. Tile crews have been out 3 times so far and the work is still not corrected along with several other items that are not complete. We built an existing floor plan so there weren’t any surprises. We started off really liking the company and their response to any questions but that has soured tremendously. We spent 2 days scraping grout from our tile, grout in bathrooms was the wrong color along with shoddy trim on tile, stairs still aren’t complete, paint touch-ups aren’t done, had to fix dirt work so our driveway doesn’t wash o

I have been very satisfied with Josh and our home building process. Blue Custom Home’s honesty, workmanship and design taste is extremely impressive. We are happy we picked this builder!
