I have been living at the Blue Bell Villas for over 5 years I can say they never disappoint , when something needs to be repair or replace in your townhouse , in gets done within 24 hours, the staff is very knowledgeable and very professional. With all the amenities , dog friendly , cat friendly.They even have a doggie park ,Walking trail , private pool I can go on but this is just a few. I enjoy calling Blue Bell Villas my home. Come see for yourself you won’t be disappointed. P.S. you even get a birthday card delivered on your birthday that means the world to me.

The management and maintenance team have been wonderful to work with. Ashley, the manager, is professional, highly responsive, and always follows up to ensure issues are fully resolved. Bill and Jesus on the maintenance team respond quickly and professionally, with Bill being especially communicative about timelines and follow-up visits. I appreciate how seriously the team takes maintenance requests and communication. The staff have made a challenging situation much easier to navigate.

Absolutely a great place to live, and very satisfied so far the past 6 months. Ashley and Lisa are both excellent at answering any questions or maintenance requests. Derek from the Maintenance team is very experienced and helpful. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a starting home or just somewhere they want to feel welcomed in the community.

Blue Bell villas is an amazing place to live! The management team Is very professional and go out of their way to take care of the tenants.
