Very disappointing experience with this company. I signed a lease for apartment #5 with a specific move-in date, but they failed to deliver the unit. The manager, Alfredo, gave us four different move-in dates, and every single one of them was false. Each time we asked for an update, the date changed without any real explanation. Even after having a signed contract, the only “solution” they offered was for us to leave because the apartment “wasn’t ready,” despite them guaranteeing the move-in date in writing. It is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible for a company to promise a move-in date, change it multiple times, and then say they cannot provide the apartment at all. This situation caused stress, lost time, and financial inconvenience, and shows a complete lack of professionalis

Overall, enjoyed living there. Starting with the negatives, their online portal needs to be improved. Maintenance requests often require multiple follow ups, and there is no other way to get ahold of them for inquiries other than submitting a maintenance request. There should be another option on the portal for general questions that are not maintenance related. The location was great, and the rates did not increase outside of what was specified in the lease agreement. I was satisfied with the amount returned on the security deposit. Although, it did take around four weeks for the deposit to be returned. The guy who does the maintenance, I don't know his name, is very nice. He is a very valuable member of the Bluebay Team!

I am a resident of 3270 West Trade, and I truly appreciate the manager’s quick response and kind attention in resolving my humidity issue. I was very worried, and it was really comforting to be heard and to have someone address my situation promptly.

Been months since we moved in and our dryer has been broken since we moved in and still nothing has been fixed by maintenance called over 5 different times put in over 20 request and nothing still. We have had 4 different people come and check this dryer out for us to be told that it works fine (which it does not dry our clothes we have to hang them on a drying rack in our living room) I have wrote countless reviews since we have moved in and to my surprise they are all gone? Do they not want you to know how terrible the property management is? I have tried to contact them countless times to get a delivery date for our new dryer and for some reason they won’t give us one it’s like too much for them but they will be fixing other things in the building that do not matter.
