Blu27 at Edgewater

I saw a lot of negative reviews before moving in, but I’m glad I didn’t let them influence me. The management team is professional, approachable, and easy to work with. The maintenance team is quick, responsible, and always helpful. The building itself is very well kept, the parking lot is spacious and clean, and the amenities are always maintained at a high standard of cleanliness. I’ve noticed complaints from others, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Also really enjoy the monthly events, they’re fun, well organized, and free for residents. The apartments are spacious, have nice finishes, and the location is absolutely AMAZING. I’m happy living here and plan to stay for a long time.

I moved into Blu27 about 5 months ago, and my experience has been absolutely amazing! The leasing staff, specifically Breanna, super helpful and made the process smooth. she even rented me the exact floor plan and view I wanted, couldn't ask for more! Maintenance has been super responsive every time I've had an issue - they get it fixed promptly. I've also had the pleasure of speaking with the property manager, Caroline, on two separate occasions, and she has been incredibly helpful and assistive with no hesitation. Her team is clearly well-managed and supportive. I'd definitely recommend Blu27 to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I had a great experience at Blu27 Condominiums! The building is modern, well-maintained, and has a very clean, elegant feel throughout. The amenities are top-tier — especially the pool and gym — and the common areas are always spotless. The location is super convenient, close to everything in Miami but still feels peaceful and private. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, which makes a huge difference. Overall, Blu27 offers a comfortable, upscale living experience. Highly recommend!

I toured with Breanna recently and had an amazing experience. She is very sweet, professional, and helpful. Maintenance supervisor (i think his name is Ricardo) also seems sufficient with his work. A office member asked for assistance and he helped immediately. The office team were all welcoming and I will definitely return once we are ready to move. I recommend Blu27 as your new home. 10/10 experience
