Blossoms by Broadmoor

This is the first apartment I have lived in but I have no complaints the staff is very friendly and made everything about moving super easy. After being here for over a year I love it I never have to text them for maintenance issues and they do an amazing job at communicating.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Blossoms since I’ve moved here. The biggest draw to living here I have to say though is the staff and management. They respond to messages incredibly quick, the maintenance team are so responsive and friendly, and the office staff are kind and knowledgeable no matter how small the question! You’d be hard pressed to find a better management team in Omaha - and I’ve been through several apartments because of it. The apartments themselves are spacious, updated, and clean in the common spaces - and if you need something done this team is on it. Genuinely going to be a hard sell to get me to move out from this place! 😄

Blossoms has been nothing but good to us. Have tons of space, and great layout. Management make sure things get done, they write everything down that needs to be done in the apartments, if something isn’t scheduled or they have announcements they will send you a text. Maintenance gets our fixes done within a day or within the same week, snow comes around they are willing to help you get your car unstuck. Anything from small to big, they are willing to get it fixed, listen to what is wrong in the apartment or if you have concerns. We were here for 3 years, and went somewhere else and came back. Blossoms is the middle of which ever way you need to go for food, interstate, shopping, work and schools.

There is so many good things I can say about living here at the Blossoms that it would take a long time to complete. But one thing I can say since living here for a year, is that the staff are awesome! They are very nice and friendly, and always keep everything organized from the maintenance of the building to the landscaping of the grounds. There nothing that is left undone, which make you feel welcoming and exciting to have this place as your home.

Clean and fairly nice apartments. My biggest issue living here was my car getting broken into along with like 40 other cars in the area. This seems to happen every summer in this neighborhood. I really wish they had better lighting in the parking lot or something to deter this kind of behavior. Also, make sure you clean REALLY good when you move out.
