Bloomfield Homes at Hulen Trails

Would not recommend Bloomfield for a home. We have had watering leaking in when it rains through the window and was just told to put fans on the wet spots to get it to dry and pop off some covers so it drains faster. We also have standing water and mud pits when it rains because of poor design and was told it was because of the neighbors dog. Not sure how the dog affects my side of the yard. The customer service to get things fixed has been awful. We had cracks “fixed” prior to our one year warranty ending only for them to paint over with a different shade and cracks to reappear. And after talking to neighbors we are lucky these are our only issues. I highly recommend using a different builder.

Mrs. Donna and Mr. Eric have made the home buying process so amazing. Mrs. Donna was patient, informative and so amazingly nice!!!! Mr. Eric didn't walk through and he was informative, patient and very professional. I am in awe at how great my experiences has been. Not only are the homes beautifully built those who are representing Bloomfield are just as amazing. Get you a Bloomfield home and thank me later.

We had an all around fantastic experience building with Bloomfield in this community. We highly recommend their team. We love our new home and it feels built with quality and care. And both the home and neighborhood are so quiet! The community manager, Donna and builder Eric are both fantastic to work with. They guided us through the whole process and felt they were always looking out for us. The Bloomfield product is excellent. Their homes are beautiful and feel custom. We highly recommend if you are considering using them for your new home.

Very disappointed! We bought our house 13 months ago, our wall mount oven stopped working. We had someone come out and fix it, but he said both motherboards were out. Long story short he said we need a new oven. 😡

Paid over Half million After 2 years this is what happened Attic staring leaking water when there was a storm the master bedroom also started leaking water from the outside and can be seen on the wall thanks to a huge water mark and when we moved in the walls had so many missing spots and when I say spots i mean it looks like somebody hit it and left it like that after 1 year the garage door stopped working and I had to miss work also had to attach a extension cord to the outlet on the inside of the house just to use the garage and the drawers don’t come with handles at least my house didn’t and one morning I had to get something out when it for some reason the front part of the drawer ripped off and the other ones hinges just stopped working it can still be used just can’t open it all the
