Apt is full of roaches Pest control sprayed all over brand new curtain leaving stench and yellow hair dust all over Kitchen odor so strong Lemon scent Clorox each drawer but won’t come off Top of closet bugs all over with dust Didn’t clean up before moving in Left all windows unlocked Someone came in stole brand new toilet paper and threw corona beer bottle cap near bed Told Reina office lady she didn’t care She blame Tanya the cleaning lady and say none sense she had to fire this contractor who threaten her Also lady who live below me she blame on her breaking in and break kitchen sink busted And bathroom dont drain bathroom sink clogged and roaches even after pest control Balcony door broken Charge me 250 for no credit 150 leash fee And 99 application fee And first month rent free but ch

I have lived at this property for 12 years. I have always found the management to be responsive and friendly. Our current manager, Reina, is very hard working and available when needed. I have felt safe and you can't beat the central location.

I have lived here for over 6 years. It is safe place and our Resident Manager, Reina, is the best we have ever had. Thank God for people like her.

All apartments are so beautiful and everybody are friendly.
