The service provided more than expected. Adam remained in touch with me and reviewed the findings via the phone once I read them. Great photos of all aspects of the home. Great recommendations for crucial items as well as info items. Multiple contractors listed for things like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Follow up with appropriate utility suppliers also.

Mike Merrill communicated well and did a very in depth breakdown after the inspection was through. He communicated when he would accomplish the next step and always hit the target time frame. Super happy that Mike was a part of our buying process!
