If I could rate it zero I would idc I never rate anything please believe me as young adult and who needed a place to stay please save your money and mental health DO NOT MOVE HERE IN THE NAME OF JESUS u will be miserable please read. they don’t fix anything they treat u as if HCV WAS PAYING YOUR RENT THE ROACHES WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE and get in your bed with u and no matter how much u clean it is infested with them they are everywhere and the extermination doesn’t work it only makes them look scary and disgusting and don’t get me started with that lazy so called maintenance he fixes things then it brake again a week later and he catches attitude when u say anything needs to be fixed I don’t blame him though because he’s the only one fixing everything also the electric is so old It goes out

The company that runs Blakemore Gardens do not care about their tenant's complaints. We have been having electrical and heating issues with this apartment since the winter. We notified them of heating issues but nothing has changed. Now its summer and the electricity keeps going off in half of the apartment. The last time our electric went out was May 27th and it is still off. Every time that you put in maintenance request the take FOREVER to fix it. On top of that they tell you that they are coming one day and never come. They don't answer phone calls. All of it is just frustrating. God forbid you have noisy neighbors, you're gonna hear everything that they do. Mice run all through the apartments and the walls.
