Not professional at all. Went in and spoke to a Natalie after being referred to her. First impression I got was the laziness. Walking as if she didn't want to be there. Filled out application and that was it. Called a couple of times to follow up and went straight to voicemail. She never returned my calls. Explained to her that my family and I were looking for an apartment to move into ASAP. She stated to me and my son that she was going to reach out to a landlord in the vicinity of her office since we were seeking a pet friendly apt and she needed to speak to the landlord. That was the last I've heard of her. Stay away. They'll collect your info for whatever reason.

If I could give it a zero rating I would, I mean absolutely terrible service went in and filled out the paperwork and told them needed to move out ASAP the lady who took the paperwork said no problem I will help you as best as she could . Weeks go by nothing not a call or text until I reached out to them and that’s when apparently there were units available to see. After viewing those units again weeks go by no contact. Still haven’t heard back from them.

We put an offer on a house that was accepted by this realtor/owner, and after the home inspection, which they knew we were going to proceed to contracts, this realty accepted another offer for $1000 more all cash with closing in 2 weeks. We are out $500 inspection fee. After I spoke with the original homeowner I learned this realty is an investor that purchased the house at $125,000 ...... only put 10-15k into it to clean it up ........ And then listed it for $239,000 a few months later when it still required more work. SCAMMERS! Watch out for these people.

Kimmey, our office policy is never to accept any type of monies until you have been accepted for the apartment of your choosing. Laurie, please provide evidence to support your claims. What you're accusing this company of is 100% untrue. Please make sure you have the correct company!! Blake Realty has been in operation for over 28 years ( 5 different presidents, 2 recessions, 1 depression, and countless market corrections) we didn't just start doing real estate during the boom, everyone in my office are professionals. Thank you.

This place is trash. Loud female broker was arguing with Mr. Blake. I do not know why they are in business. They are a disservice to the community and I am ashamed and sad that this company represents landlords. Stay away.
