Blairwood Apartments of Louisville

My mother has been living here for over 2 years and she loves it so much. I am in and out of her apartment multiple times a week and can tell you they keep the property clean and maintained, far more than many apartments that I have lived in. The staff are AMAZING and are always helpful when I have had questions.

Maintenance persons came to elder's house to change a light bulb, and they charged for wiping the little dust and dead insects that accumulate inside the lamp. That little maintenance job should not be charged to the resident. The resident pays for the rent. Maintenance persons work for Blairwood and they should be paid, but not by the resident. The resident should not be charged when maintenance fix Blairwood property. If they were charged, they need to be told in advance and also receive a receipt for the purchase. Maintenance persons from Blairwood apartments charged elders for that little job, took the little cash and did not provide receipt. They also refused to fix an outlet that the resident reported because "it was not visible" An open outlet is a door of entry to bedbugs and cockr

I've been living here since March 2022 and I love it here. The apartments are well maintained and very comfortable. The office staff are wonderful and maintenance is phenomenal. They respond usually within a couple of hours and are quick to fix even the most trivial issues. This is not just an apartment complex. This is a community.

I've lived at Carriage House New Albany for 2 1/2 years. The school supplies the apartment complexes put together for the kids every year is much appreciated and helps so much. These apartment complexes and the employees really care about their tenants and their kids. Thanks so much!!!

My application to wail list been denied twice now.As explained to office secretary I have leagal Guardian don't have access to account numbers.I did submit my social security income letter &photo id.
