Blair Place Apartments

I didn't visit there I live at my aunts across the street I wish my Google contributions would kind of keep up with it. I know it's hard cause I never keep location on...my bad!!!. My papa used to own it over there. The one thing I can say is the people over here that have lived here forever (me I'm in and out).....we are good neighbors. My uncle is a great neighborhood watch...security stays tight. Ill ask if i can post a pic

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This property is taking people's $30 app fee, running your credit just to deny you with NO REASON GIVEN! Not only has it happened to me but my friend applied and got denied too! I made sure to call prior to applying and spoke to Janelle to go over the required qualifications and didnt see any concerns. I asked for the reason and was told it will take a few weeks before I get the reason. THIS IS A SCAM TO TAKE MONEY AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. Please do not waste your time here!

Best place we have ever rented from. Maintenance guys are prompt and super friendly. Jenelle has done a great job! also the rent is really good.

My friend paid for his application, they also pulled his credit. The property manager have not returned his phone calls or text. Lack of communication!

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVE THOSE APARTMENT I WAS LIVING THERE WHEN I HAD MY LAST BABY BACK IN 1970 AND I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THEM JUST WISH I HAD THE MONEY TO RENT THERE NOW AND BLAIR RD HAS GROWN UP REALLY WELL IT'S BEAUTIFUL OUT THERE NOW
