Yes, this property is under construction. Yes, there has been some uncertainty when it comes to move in dates and them getting moved around. What do you expect with a new construction project of this size? There are always hiccups. But please....please do not let that stop you from checking this property out. Abby and her team have been nothing short of communicative and gone out of there way to make me feel comfortable despite my initial unease when the process started. They worked with me through my complicated moving situation and helped every way they could have. This company is currently under investigation by the Missouri Attorney General for misleading online advertising and violations of Missouri consumer laws. Anyone who has had problems with this company regarding the return of their deposit or being unable to move in by the promised date should report them to the Missouri Attorney General and the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

They let you apply and charge a $300 application fee for a property that isn’t even built and has no residents. The amenities shown in the pictures, like the pool and gym, are purely imaginary at this point. It feels misleading and unfair to expect anyone to pay for something that doesn’t exist.

All you people paying 1-3k a month for rent is bananas. That is a house payment. Quit throwing your money away to private equity and buy a house. I have a 1,100 Sqft house with a basement and garage. For $850 a month. And the best part….when I decide to sell it I’ll make money. Be an adult and buy. Stop renting!!!
