Black Iron Apartments

This was a nice neighborhood before these hideous things were built. Nice, calm, quiet. Now there are cars constantly speeding up and down Regina. We use to see moose in that area now we just sketchy people hanging around in the street from the apartments built over the bodies of all the dead rabbits and birds. Smoking weed, looking into yards, screaming in the parking area at ten at night. It would be one thing if it was kids but it’s not even kids. But you cut down all the areas for kids to play to build unaffordable, ugly apartments. Your residents are obnoxious. If you move here you’re just as bad as the people who built it. The poor family at the end of the road really got screwed from this, they’ve been there for DECADES! Those first floor units will definitely mold bc the way they w

Living at this complex has been a dream come true. They offer fair pricing with utilities plus a detached garage included in your rent! The option to use their amenities like the gym or the clubhouse has been so amazing! My partners kiddo loved throwing his own dance party at the clubhouse- free of charge! So thankful to have found this complex

Avoid! They are very dishonest and greedy. The property company L G Douglass has very bad reviews for overcharging when you move out too.

Living here has been so great! It helps that the office staff are amazing and incredibly kind. The grounds are well maintained, the apartment units are nice, and it’s very quiet.
