Brenda was great! What i would say to the people that left negative reviews saying she was rude, or the people reading those reviews, take into consideration the situations. We were traveling 3 hrs, each way, to look at the property. We did most of the work to buy thru text messages and emails, and Brenda was always MORE than accommodating. When we finally met her, she was very nice, very real, and even gave us a super thoughtful house warming gift. Again, people and situations are different. Dont judge based on what people who may not have gotten what they wanted, and just have a non pleasant outlook on life, to determine how you see this company. Extremely satisfied with Brenda! Very knowledgeable and introduced us to others in the area which we became good friends with. Initially, we bought our vacation home through her. When we decided to move here full time we asked her to sell our home in Sheboygan County.

Was wanting to write an over asking offer on a property listed with Brenda that included a buyer's commission (offer price included full asking price + more to cover buyer's commission -win/win for both). However, she was unwilling to even present this to her seller. Her demeanor was extremely rude, short, and very unprofessional. Would highly not recommend her or this company if this is how her agent's conduct themself. Happy to look at numerous other properties available in the area not listed with her.
