Bixby II

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT…… this is a building for elderly and disabled yet the handicap doors do not work tenants wheel chair bound must ask bypassers for assistance with opening doors. Upon speaking with management Pamela, I was informed the doors work fine as she sits in her office. I recorded videos of the doors unfortunately they can not be uploaded, but were emailed to the board of health, HUD and ADA hopefully the malfunctioning doors will be fixed ASAP

Horrible community for your elderly and disabled to live in. If Management does not like you SHE will target you, and make up false allegations to try and have tenant's evicted. It is extremely evil and sad to desperately want to make elderly and disabled individuals homeless. Building is also infested with rodents and tenant apartments are not updated.

A decaying community complex with high-standards managed by an authoritative zealot; this current landlord is unprofessionally vile, bigoted, arrogant and shows no empathy or concern for other tenants--including the Elderly and Mentally challenged (unless their in high-favor.) Both properties are unkept, violating state/city code regulations--these buildings need new walls, ceilings, home appliances and proper insulation in some apartments. Even the Elevators are out of date and put tenants at risk; at some point, two neighbors were trapped in those elevators for at least an hour. Nonetheless, living arrangements in Brockton-Centre are more tame compared to qualities found in Bixby II. Main Street is always under construction minus the loud traffic.
