Bivens Cove Apartments

Was greeted by all of the office staff. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Even though the apt didn’t meet my particular needs, I loved the apt!!! They still helped me with my search, gave me more options. That really meant a lot. Also since it is Valentines Day they graced me with a bouquet of flowers 🌸🌸🌸so sweet!!!

Extremely dated property that has been "piece-worked". They have some units that have been cosmeticslly updated but the plumbing throughout the property is shot. Due to the age of the property, every month there's an emergency water shutoff because a pipe has burst for the umpteenth time. During my stay, it averaged about 8-10 emergency property-wide water shut-offs a year. I was a long-time resident but the inconveniences started to become too frequent and almost commonplace so I've decided to move. Moving is always stressful but given the circumstances, I feel the resident team could've been more helpful but they informed me that they're just doing their job. Jeremiah was the maintenance man that came and helped me out. He was so sweet! He even offered to take some boxes out for me on his way out. We had a nice conversation and was very friendly! Fixed my problem for me asap! Thank you so much Jeremiah! The front office and the rest of the maintenance team is also so kind and friendly! Always greeting you with a smile and they are happy to help! I've never felt so welcomed and helped out in any other place! Thank you so much Bivens cove team!

My move-in experience was great — everything went smoothly from start to finish. Stacey was so nice, informative, and always just a call away. When she wasn’t available, Lauren was always there to help and just as friendly and super nice.. I absolutely love my apartment. Overall, a 10/10 experience! I’m glad i went with Bivens Cove.

The place was nice and clean with SO many closets! Everything worked except the disposal. It's still the nicest place we've ever lived in.
