I just want to say Heidi was absolutly amazing to work with. We orginally had a different title company and locked in rates 2 months in advance with my loan officer. The other title company cared little for us closing on time which was needed for financial stability and to give my family a christmas. Heidi stepped in told us what we needed and even after the other company dropped the ball Heidi picked it up and ran into the touchdown for us. She went above and beyond and worked very hard for us to complete our loan in the month it was needed most. She was truly an angel and deserves a RAISE! I cant praise her enough for all she did for us. She was amazing and wonderful. Dont work with any other title company in town. This is who you want, i would request Heidi! She saved my familys christm

We were in the middle of a refinance, and our loan officer had really dropped the ball by selecting a different title company that just left our file sitting on their desk for an extended period of time… nothing was moving forward and we were at great risk of being in severe financial duress if our closing didn’t happen on time. We decided to take matters into our own hands and called Bismarck Title. We are so grateful that closing officer, Heidi Bergland, picked up the phone and listened our situation. This extraordinary lady took the bull by the horns to jump in and save the day. Heidi really came through for us - she is intelligent, hard-working, responsive, efficient, and caring… a true superhero in her line of work. I am greatly appreciative she helped us, and we can now breathe again

I would recommend buyers use a different Title company. This business sets it’s own hours based on their personal schedules. They are in absolutely no hurry to close the deal for you. If they decide they want a long holiday weekend they will simply close the place during normal business days. They really don’t care if banks and post offices, etc. are open or not. If you hope to close on time, go down the street to somewhere more reliable. We learned the hard way and it cost us a lot of money.

Had a closing there recently. They had coffee and candy for us as we waited for everyone to get there. For the older crowd, it's in the old Blockbuster building across from the Larks stadium.
