He’s incredibly charismatic, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Moving brings me so much anxiety and from the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, and remarkably attentive. He took the time to answer every question I had without hesitation. He was supposed to be getting off work but he went out of his way to show the units they had available. They’ve introduced a $500 fee for using the co-working office space, which was free when I moved in. Even the coffee is only free until 11:00 AM now—after that, you have to pay. ​Broken Amenities: We pay for amenities that don’t work. Management struggles to resolve even minor issues in a timely and professional manner. It has been almost 50 days, and we still do not have internet in our apartment because the previous tenant’s service was never properly disconnected. Despite repeated promises that it would be fixed “tomorrow,” nothing has been resolved. Every time I ask for the manager to call me back once available, it never happens. Not once.
