This has been the worst decision I made to rent for almost 2 years. You can’t have visitors in your apartment overnight unless you get a pass that coast $10 and you can only get 2 passes a year. No visitors in pool. I have complained about neighbors to managment about banging on walls and laud music but instead I was blamed for it. The security guard that works overnight falls asleep all the time and I have witnessed people crash others peoples cars and drive away the security has not seen anything. Cars have also gotten stolen from here as well. The security guard kept Harassing my son every time he would come visit me for a few hours so I involved the police since management was not doing anything about it. Mariela and darwing are super nice and attentive. They helped me move in really fast and are always in the office and also answer the phone if you ever need anything. I definitely recommend you check out the birchwoods if you are looking for a place to live.

I recently moved into this community and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The property is beautiful, well-kept and extremely clean hallways are spotless, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has been amazing—always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. My apartment feels so cozy, and I love how peaceful the neighborhood is. It already feels like home, and I’m so grateful to have found this place. 💛 Darwing and Mariela were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. 100% Recommended
