We have been renting through them for almost a year and they have been really great about fixing or replacing things when we ask, and in a timely manner. We will be moving since our place was sold and Fran and Linda were super nice and found us a great pool home that we love and we will be renting it through them. I would recommend this office.

Cossett Garcia is an unethical real estate agent. This is the owner of Affordable Roofing. Cossett Garcia hired my company, signed a contract to put a new roof on her personal home knowing that she did not have the money to pay us. In the beginning we tried helping her by letting her make small payments but that ended when she wrote us a bad check and placed a stop payment on it. Months later, she has yet to pay for her roof. Our Company has been around for over 20 years and we install thousands and thousands of roofs every year. We work with many reputable real estate agents across Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties. If you would like to hire a trustworthy real estate agent Do NOT hire Cossett Garcia.

She was fired after 4 months. Never answers the phone, hardly ever replied to e-Mails, negligent, does not bother to follow rental contract btw landlord and tenant. Did not let us know when tenant moved out. His electricity got disconnected for non payment, Florida temp. 101. 3 weeks later still working with Terminix. Lost refridge. House got destroyed because of Birchwood Prop. mismanagement. Taking them to court and filing State level complain. 1 star is too much.

Horrible service do not rent here. Don't do any business for them as they never pay their vendors. Owner hung up on me when I called for payment on a job that was completed 3 months prior. Stay clear.

birchwood realty is what you would consider 'slum lord' corporate landlords. they will increase the rent on you while never fixing anything. they make the local area look horrible because they take no responsibility in upkeep of the homes.
