If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for what you get. Won't work with you on any of your needs. Put in a maintenance request for a disposal, 2 weeks later the work order closed and nothing was fixed. Had to put in a new work order to get it fixed. Oh and someone stole my birthday present package from outside my door in the 3 hours it took me to get home. You know who you are.
Absolutely awful landlords and maintenance is very rude. ALOT of illegal activity going on. They changed my locks while I was gone for a week taking care of a sick family member. They went into my apartment, without a notice. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
I live here. It's been amazing. Fun fact the road before you turn onto the one of the apartments Is the name of the road in silver bay before you turn onto the road leading to black beach 🙃
This place is average no elevator so I only give it three stars. But it is in the middle of the forest so that is very nice!
My experience so far it's been pretty good they have been kind and courteous they made a mistake on something this month and have worked with me to get it straightened out
