This place is a rip off shop. Sat on waiting list to be contacted 6 months later by Carmen, who tells me, "I need to do a credit check. I need a credit card number" , while not informing me that she is about to charge me $51 and change. The ethical way of doing this would be. " I need to do a credit check, I need a credit card number because there is a fee, it is $51 Dollars. Just so you know." But of course, that would ethical behavior. This place is not about ethical behavior!
I moved in two months ago and love it here. Quiet and clean. Very friendly staff and neighbors.
As I moved in during covid 19 lockdown, I have not had the “full” experience as yet. I really like the apartment. I’m on 1st floor, with high ceilings, seems larger. A door to the outside is convenient! Just 1 inconvenience- not enough washers/dryers. Building is kept clean, kind employees! Love the long hallways for indoor walking in bad weather!
Just moved in. Apartment was freshly painted and ready for me. Neighbors friendly. Annamaria in the office was wonderful during process, communication was excellent. Excited for my new home.
After finally becoming empty nesters my husband and I have settled in a place that we are happy to call home.
