Birchway Rivergate

I’m impressed with how clean, welcoming, and well-maintained everything is. The community always looks great, and the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Elizabeth from the leasing office — she’s always so kind and professional. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been amazing! She’s incredibly helpful and truly makes the place feel inviting. It’s easy to see how much pride the staff takes in making Birchway Rivergate a wonderful community. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new home!

The amenities were impressive, and the floor plans felt spacious and modern. Elizabeth in the front office was especially helpful—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Recently moved into Birchway Rivergate and it already feels like home. Modern, spacious apartments with elegant fittings, yet still cozy in feel. The gym and pool are resort level. Elizabeth in leasing is friendly and real, and genuinely seems to care for the resident community. This sets a tone of connectedness that creates culture over time. And makes all the difference. All around great spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I just moved into a one bedroom and one bath apartment here. The staff Maks and Elizabeth made everything so easy. This community is great to live in with many features. I appreciate the fact we have a trash butler, and every apartment has it's own internet. The trash butler comes Sunday thru Thursday picks up your trash and takes it out for you. It is also easy to pay can be done online. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new home move here. All the apartments are brand new, and you would be first one in that apartment. They have one bedroom and one bathroom, two bedrooms, and three bedrooms. Call Maks and Elizabeth to take tour. I am posting pictures of our amenities.

We’ve lived at Birchway Rivergate for just over 7 months now, and we enjoy it overall. We have a bottom floor apartment and hear very little noise except for occasional thuds as people come down the stairs above us. I don’t believe anyone lives in the apartment above us though. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed grilling poolside a few times over the summer. Maintenance staff are so helpful and respond to work requests quickly. The trash butler service is a really nice perk and very helpful for us as a family with toddlers who make a lot of trash! Oh! Parking is abundant which is really nice when hosting guests. The 3 bedroom apartment that we occupy is spacious and comfortable. My only real issue with the apartment itself is the flat paint. It’s SO hard to keep clean. If something marks
