Birch Lake Apartments

The place is bed bug infested. We’re getting evicted for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Filed a motion and the judge is on their side. Our fridge has been broken for around 2 years, it’s got black mold growing behind it, closets have been broken. All things that were supposed to be fixed and never was. Their lease violations are a joke. Won’t take your rent and then will give you a lease violation for not paying your rent? This place is a joke. Make sure you’re recording every conversation you have with management, because they have no problems lying. Low income apartments but had to pay $700+ a month in rent. They’re not trying to help people.

The whole lease violation is so true. They have rules for some but not all. Some have to have proper paperwork and others don’t. Corporate just needs to get everybody involved in this place except for the maintenance guy and put all new people in this place. That’s running it. Excellent work maintenance guy

Management here seems to pick and choose who all gets lease violations rules only apply to certain people they give you a lease violation for every little thing

Something's are nice but they give you lease violations for everything whether they are true or not.

Needs new management, but there is hope....
