Birch House

From the moment I walked into Birch House, Sara completely changed the experience for me. She is so fun, lively, and genuinely personable, you can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. Moving can be stressful, but she made the entire application process feel effortless and easy to understand. She answered every question with patience, explained everything clearly, and kept the energy upbeat the whole time. What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel. It didn’t feel transactional, it felt welcoming. If this is the kind of energy Birch House brings, I already know this community is going to be something special. I seriously can’t wait to be part of the Birch House community, and if Sara’s personality is any indication, I’m even more excit

I used to live at a place managed by the wonderful ladies at this property currently. I highly recommend living at any property they are managing. They are amazing and so is Woodward! The events they host are a lot of fun and they are wonderfully engaging, very inclusive, and innovative!

From the moment I called them to schedule a tour, Sara and Simona were the most pleasant people I have ever met. I felt very comfortable in working together with them to see which layout would be best for us. I would highly recommend stopping by to pay them a visit!
