Moving from Texas to North Carolina was a big change, but Birch Hill made it feel effortless. The moment I stepped inside, it just felt right. And after meeting the kind and helpful staff, enjoying the amenities, and attending community events, I realized I didn’t just find an apartment, I found a community I love. I’m so thankful for the experience and the warm welcome.

We’ve had a great experience moving into Birch Hill Apartments. Clara was tremendously helpful throughout the entire process, always prompt in addressing my questions and making the transition easy. The maintenance team has been equally impressive; the maintenance lead has handled repairs quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is very modern and well-kept, and the community amenities are outstanding. My son, my dog, and I are all very pleased to be here.

The leasing staff and assistant manager are so hardworking, caring, and accommodating!! They’ve been a huge help in our move in process already. The apartments are top notch. Very clean, quiet, and the units are very beautiful. If you’re gonna move to Asheville look no further.

I reluctantly moved into an apartment from a house because of various reasons, but I couldn’t think of any home that would have been more welcoming than this neighborhood for my children and myself. The neighbors are friendly. The staff is phenomenal. And the care and consideration taken by all is more than any HOA has ever offered me. Not to mention the safe haven that this neighborhood was during the hurricane. The owners and staff went far beyond what was expected and took care of everyone. 10/5 stars.

I moved to Birch Hill last week and so grateful that I did. Sydney has been kind and worked with me as I went through the process of selling my house. The complex is beautiful, clean, and simple.
