We have been renters from these people for 4 years. They have no issue raising rent but won’t return calls and left me and daughter without AC for 6 days last month in July. And they have the rudest maintenance man that will walk into your home without permission and then proceed to chew you out bc “they had to drive 2 hours for this, and if they can’t fix it.. it’s on US.” Wouldn’t recommend. Our home never saw a single repair since hurricane Laura even tho we spoke to the adjuster ourselves. Who proceeded to tell us there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done and we would be hearing from our landlord or someone to set up the repair times. That was 2 years ago.
