Use extreme caution. This company builds a beautiful product and has some great employees BUT they have several outstanding judgements for non-payment of vendors and we are currently being threatened with a lien on our property because they did not pay the shipping carrier. Our home was found to have code violations by the inspector and a stop work order placed on it. Biltwise did remedy these issues, but did NOT pay for the additional electrical and plumbing damage their crews caused. Also, is not responding to warranty claims. Somewhere this company got off track and it is very unfortunate, but don't be the next victim.
Impresa is Impresssive! Quality builds from quality people. You cannot go wrong. If you are looking for a new build, give them a call.
Been working with IMPRESSA on BUDGET TO BUILD CUSTOM Modular. Very good so far.
