Billy Apter

Tried buying with Billy, everything went well with the buyers agent. Put 10% down in escrow and then I had found out that Billy was working with the sellers agent so that they could find their own customer. Would not work with this company again for my new my home, I have already used a new real estate company and will be moving in around January.

Billy is just great. Helped me sell my house quick and easy. He was the most reliable agent I ever worked with and is very nice. I recommend working with him and hope to work with him again.

He’s very nice and helped me so much with buying and selling my homes. He helped me find my new house and sell my old one. Billy is one of the best and I would 100% recommend him.

Absolutely the worst agent I have every came across. I would not recommend him at ALL! He pretty much wasted my time through this whole process. I offered the full asking price for a house he listed and he told me he would get back to me tomorrow. He pretty much ghosted me without any information and would not return my texts/calls. I was also willing to negotiate a higher if there was a higher offer than mine but he never responded. He kept lowering the price of the house and kept doing open houses which is the strangest thing ever!

Billy helped me sell my apartment in Brooklyn quick and easy. He answered my texts fast and was very nice to me. He helped me sell my apartment and then helped me find my new home. I would 100% do business with him.
