I have worked with Bill Lake Homes for over 25 years, I have built over 20 homes. I have always found Bill Lake Homes to be well built and well engineered. As I continue to work with their products I find the quality to continue to improve. I still live in a Bill Lake home that I built 27 years ago and I continue to be satisfied.

Had our house done last year. Started out good, the manager they had worked great with us. He told us things would get done and what was included and what wasn’t. We had our house delivered and set. Everything was going great. They set the house, but there was still quite a bit left to do which we did know some things we’re on us, but the manager let us know some other things were included, some pretty big things. Then he quit. Everything he said that would get done is no longer honored because it was never written down. We were planning on doing a couple of these prefabs but to pay more for a prefab just so it’s a little faster doesn’t make sense when you can just stick build on site and it be cheaper and more customizable if your ok doing some of the leg work yourself.
