The exceptional customer service team from Big Foot management has consistently exceeded my expectations, promptly address my maintenance and repair needs. The apartment’s convenient location close to a grocery store and post office and a bank, makes it perfect place for me to continue living. Great rental company! Due to our career, we move every few years, so are always renting. We've dealt with so many companies and Bigfoot has been one of our favorites. They are easy to get ahold of, respond very quickly to service requests or issues and their tech/on call staff are great. We've even had issues on the weekend and gotten help. I also appreciate that they give is plenty autonomy by not always stopping by frequently or treating is like renters. Would recommend 10/10.

Big foot management has seriously been the perfect fit for us! We’re now in on our second rental and so grateful for the incredible staff and management that have always provided super nice housing. I have truly had the best experience renting from Bigfoot! They are very nice and easy to get a hold of. Maintenance requests get fixed asap and they are very considerate when they need access to your unit. I will definitely continue to rent from them.

We have truly enjoyed renting through Bigfoot Property Management. The ease of the apps they use for moving in and paying your rent is a huge bonus on top of their already great communication! Not to mention it’s the best house ever. We feel truly thankful to have found it.
