I can’t say enough nice things about big dog lending because these wonderful people have been more than gracious with me. It isn’t their fault if I’m late, it’s mine! However, they have been beyond understanding and for that I’m grateful! They didn’t have to be but they were! Thanks
I have excellent payment history. Paying off 4 months early. One month ago, first time late. Received very negative letter, some words in ALL CAPS, assessed a late fee. Most companies will waive at least the first late fee. Not happening. No we appreciate your history, let me see what we can do, etc. Not customer centered AT ALL.
They are great to work with. Never had an issue with customer service
