Timely service. Great location. Budget friendly, and the service team is great. Amanda is a fabulous manager, and Kelvin and Isaac make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Love being so close to everything on 98!

I’ve really enjoyed living here the past two years. The apartments are beautiful and there’s nothing we ever needed fixed that didn’t get handled right away! The maintenance guys were always very polite and respectful! The lady at the front desk does an amazing job with adapting to so many different cultures and circumstances. She helped my mother through a very hard time she was having and things like that made it feel mostly like home instead of just an apartment! Thank you guys!

Big Oaks has the most amazing Management staff and the Maintenance Department is the best, they are so dependable, fast acting to solve problems, they have all made living here with my Husband and Son the best community experience and truly can say that they care about their tenants. Kalvin and Issac are truly hard working amazing maintenance professionals!!! They truly make us feel like family here!!! Thank you All who work to keep this place safe and secure for all tenants here and going above and beyond for this little community.

I really love the staff. They are very helpful and do not mind helping you our when you need it most. Great experience being here. The maintenance staff are thorogh and quick to fix any issues that may arise and even when it's after hours, they respond quickly and do their best to resolve issues immediately. Property is kept nice and clean. The only thing I have to really say is that the sound is very noticeable and that can be a challenge if you work nights. I'm not keen on being charged for garbage pick up when sometimes they do not show up and the garbage sits a little longer. THESE are only 2 small notices, but over all they are GREAT!!! HANDS DOWN ID REFER THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. Plus the convenience of being around easy access to shopping/dining. T

Big Oaks is absolutely amazing, and we've only been here a week! The community is small, quiet, and filled with friendly people! The storage units available are absolutely perfect for the extra things that don't fit inside, and at $20/month for a 4'x4' it's a steal! The daily valet trash service is perfect for keeping the critters outside where they belong! Too much to list all of the amazing things about the community, you'd have to experience for yourself!
