Highly recommend! My home in Northern Maine had been on the market for almost a year. When I asked Mike Willette to take over the listing I knew within a week I had made a very good decision. He reviewed the listing and inspected the property. His recommendations for cost efficient corrections and improvements were spot on. And he always followed up on any detail or request The home sold quickly at an excellent price. I can be hard to please but there was not one moment when I was disappointed with any aspect of the listing or agency.

This review is long overdue. Mike Willette will give you the best experience selling or buying a home. Mike had sold two homes for us. We relocated about 6 hours south. Our home was under contract as we moved. Along with the home inspection came a couple of things the buyer wanted taken care of. I was again 6 hours south and kinda stressed. Mike said don’t worry about it I will take care of it. Mike had an electrician come to fix a couple outlets, and a plumber came to put a whole house water filter in. Mike not only lined those things up for us, he paid for it as well. I called and spoke with Mike about sending him the money for the work and he said it was on him. Mike is the best agent. I couldn't have had a better experience. Buying a house for the first time is stressful enough, but I was buying one from 3,000 miles away, sight unseen (something I never thought I'd do), and needed to close within 6 weeks due to my husband's sudden job transfer. It was overwhelming, or would have been without Mike. I told him the situation, gave him the list of homes, and he was in there the next day making walkthrough videos for us. He wasn't pushy, didn't try to steer us to one house or another, just gave us the pros and cons and pointed out the things we might not have noticed without being there in person. I can't say enough nice things about Tracy Ostlund. from the very first time I contacted her she was extremely responsive got back to me right away answered all my questions and then offered information I didn't even ask for. Even after I put in an offer for the property she continued to research to see if she could find me any more information on it. she's extremely helpful has a great personality and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend using Tracy again in the future. She was also extremely professional and provided me all the legal documents required by law in Maine. something I can't say about other agents I have worked with in the past in that area.
