Awful. Bian Realty- lists homes with incorrect school districts, uploads awful photos of sellers home, then overprice in a buyers market. As an agent your duty is to sell the home, not do your clients such a disservice. DO BETTER REALTORS!

I called because I had a client interested in a property that's been on the market for 77 days and spoke with Gil. Absolutely rude 100%. I said never mind, let's take my client elsewhere. I'm happy to share this review with my 9 million viewers on Google. You have to be careful how you treat people. Smh

Ha Tran is the best realtor I could've ever asked for. She is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and fully took into consideration my house hunting criteria. I would recommend her to any family and friends in the market.

Called and texted over a period of two days. Never got a return call. I guess they're so busy they don't have to return calls. Good for them!! I feel sorry for the owner of 3302 NW 28th Street in Fort Worth because I was prepared to make an offer on that property but I couldn't get Bill or Bilal to return my call.
