Bexley Sugarloaf

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I moved into Bexley at Sugarloaf a little over a week ago, and so far my experience as a new resident has been excellent. My apartment was very well prepared for move-in. The make-ready was done professionally, and although there were a couple of very minor items to report during my inspection, they were not a big deal and were handled promptly and professionally. Overall, everything was completed in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with my decision to choose this community. The building and location are great, and the leasing team made the process smooth from start to finish. A special thank you to Caleb, who helped me during the final stages of my decision. Had the best tour with Dalana!! She is phenomenal at what she does and genuinely sold me on the space! She was quick with accurate answers and was enthusiastic about speaking with and helping me. Dalana and Caleb work great together! Great experience!

Had a great experience not only on the tour but the application process. I didn’t expect to get such a fast response of my approval, the apartment is nicely kept together and the units are spacious, up to date and beautiful. I also love that they have valet trash and key fob entrance to everything, Weinstein is a great property management company that cares about their residents. Tried to apply but they went back on their words on promotion - HORRIBLE EXPEIRENCE WITH MANAGEMENT. I visited in person on 12/12/25(alone) & 12/13/25 (with a friend) looking for a studio and/or 1-bedroom apartment. The agent that showed me showed me rooms and explained that they are running 6 weeks promotion and also in process of incorporating in-unit washer and dryer for all apartments. Some of the apartments may not have washer and dryer pre-installed. I explained that washer and dryer is my top prioirty, and I can specifically request for units that do have them. I understood the condition and started the application process. I kept a line of communication with them through out christmas week during application process and exchanged multiple emails. I was approved for the apartment
