Bexley River Walk

Horrible move in experience. The unit we applied for was not available for several weeks at the time we toured. We were told during our tour that the unit would have laminate throughout. When the unit was finally available on our move in date, the unit is fully carpeted. This has caused multiple issues due to the lack of cleaning from the previous tenants pets. We’ve had the contracted carpet cleaners out twice since moving in to provide a ‘deep’ clean. They come with a normal, beat up vacuum cleaner and an enzyme spray to help with allergens. I’ve vacuumed three times and I’m still getting pet hair. The complex has said there is nothing else they can do despite my severe allergic reaction to the pet dander other than move in to a different apartment without the elevator access I need. The

We have lived here for a year and plan on staying. We love this community. Bexley River Walk truly stands apart from most apartment communities. We sincerely appreciate the staff and management. The office team and maintenance crew are both personable and professional, and they consistently respond with care and respect. The communication system is clear and reliable, which makes a real difference in daily living and gives residents confidence that concerns and requests will be handled well. Overall, this community reflects thoughtful management and a positive living environment. We are grateful to be here and look forward to continuing our time at Bexley River Walk.

Bexley is an amazing location, I would say that the units are somewhat dated compared to some other complexes, but pricing is okay for Flower Mound. Our unit had a few cosmetic issues that weren’t horrible but minorly annoying, such as the medicine cabinet having a piece out of it, and other scratches/dents/etc but it’s probably just normal wear and tear. There was also some paint/stain on the windows from some sort of project outside that never came off. Maintenance is very kind, front office is helpful. Gym always has things breaking that take weeks and weeks to fix. Pet fees are outrageous but they are at every apartment. We had some issues with cockroaches, most likely when they sprayed units beside us. We did encounter a few in the laundry room/kitchen area, but maintenance came quick

I have lived here for 2-1/2 years and love it. This is a new developing area. The property management is very polite and always responds immediately to any questions or concerns. They keep everything clean and up to date. Cenon is the backbone here at Bexley River Walk and does everything by the policy. He truly cares about the tenants. The maintenance response team has always been thorough and very professional. The apartments are very sound and not able to hear anyone walking around above or talking through the walls. The scenery is superb with many waterfalls that are lit up at night, the tower clock, the new chapel on the island, and new businesses being built along the river walk. I do not recommend these apartments, between the astounding number of different fees on each rent bill, the fire alarm issues happening in the middle of the night, neighbor domestic violence issues, and the complete lack of help from leasing staff regarding incorrect charges. It is best to avoid this place
