Bexley Ridge Apartments

DONT THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE. Ppl don’t rent past the first year it’s a dump and maintenance don’t fix a thing. They fired the last maintenance guy cause he never did anything but sit around.

Not a bad place to stay pretty decent, I do however would like to know who is the reporting company for this apartment which I have asked management several times. This information should be given to all tenants if they feel discrepancies or inaccuracies are being reported. If someone knows the all of the reporting and background screening companies that are used. It would be much appreciated. Thank you

Since new management, the apartments has been looking great and clean! Quiet and everyone minds their business. They’re doing an awesome job in keeping the dumpster area clean as well. Very consistent in getting back to me with whatever issue I have. I highly recommend them! 10/10!

They will fix things right away went need too… you will be comfortable with them….

These apartments are not safe. You can’t walk around (DAY OR NIGHT!!!!) without having fear of who and what will happen around you. Seems as if this is section 8 housing!! There are people that are always hanging around in the same spot everyday. You hear lots of domestic issues. A shooting happened here 1 week ago from today and they have NOT addressed the issue!! They do not care at all!! And the dumpster is always overfilled. Work orders are never done. Apartments have potential but until they get rid of these issues these apartments are a 0 rating.
