Kayleigh is AMAZING! Living here is a blessing — the staff is amazing and so kind, the maintenance crew has been wonderful with any possible issue (which has turned out to be NOTHING). So safe, so calm. Would definitely recommend!! (:

I have lived at Bexley Duluth for a year and recently renewed my lease, although I truly did not want to. I live in Building 3000, and the noise level is unbearable. The walls are so thin that you can hear full conversations from your neighbors. My upstairs neighbors stomp constantly and their dog runs back and forth all day, to the point where I have to keep my air running just to drown out the noise. Despite contacting security and management multiple times, nothing has improved. Security takes close to an hour to respond, and when they finally arrive, they claim the noise is “normal.” For the amount I pay—$1,715 for a one-bedroom—this is extremely disappointing, especially since my rent was raised by almost $100 with no improvements made. Convenient location for the Duluth area, building and amenities are good, and they hold monthly events. Good communication overall and answer quickly to maintenance requests or when contacted. Only complaints would be about some other tenants (i.e. noise and cleanliness), but staff do a good job of following up and responding when they're aware of said issues.

It was r excellent 9 months of excellent service by staff. But especially Gloria the cleaning lady. I just never saw anyone work so hard to clean a room. And when I say CLEAN I mean she moved the furniture and cleaned under. You could literally eat out of the bathtub when she was done. Older lady and cant be 5 feet tall bit if I needed a face cloth shed go down 3 floors to get me 1 if not on cart. Front desk fantastic. But I gave 4 stars because of the dumpster pick up. 3 -4 AM And bang bang bang. Just no getting use to that. But overall fantastic

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews , I've lived here for about three years and have had a great experience. I originally started with Sodo Duluth without seeing the property in person and immediately fell in love. Since Sodo Duluth was sold to Weinstein, I’ve noticed some changes, but overall, I have never felt safer. It’s a very quiet community, conveniently located near downtown. The maintenance staff truly deserve a standing ovation they’ve gone above and beyond, even in situations where their help made a real difference in my life. They are always accommodating, even for minor issues. I don’t understand the comments about them being “creepy,” as they have always been friendly, professional, and willing to help. Overall, I feel well taken care of and appreciate living here.
