Bexley Donelson

I toured Bexley at Donelson yesterday and was highly impressed. I have done numerous tours the last couple of months and never felt fully satisfied with the tours I had taken until I toured this complex. Niyah in the office was amazing! She gave a quality tour and was well informed about the property. She showed me multiple units with the floor plan I was interested in and took me through each amenity. The tour was about an hour, much longer than any other tour I had taken, and I was able to ask all the questions I had. Niyah even showed me the sister properties and informed me on the floor plans the other locations offered to ensure that I chose the right one for me. I absolutely love living at Bexley Donelson! When I moved in back in February, the apartment was spotless and felt brand new. I have a 2-bedroom unit and it’s incredibly spacious—the high ceilings not only make it feel even bigger but also help with noise reduction. The community is quiet and peaceful—my neighbors are respectful, and the only occasional sounds are the train in the morning and airplanes when you’re outside, which really doesn’t bother me. It’s a very dog-friendly place with a dedicated dog park, and the property overall is super clean and well-maintained. If anything needs fixing, maintenance takes care of it quickly and efficiently. There’s valet trash service five days a week, and all the shared spaces—the gym, pool, and resident lounge—are always clean and well-kept.

I was on a tour with my friend and I was very impressed with how Tracy took time to answer all of our questions. The property was very well maintained and it shows how much they take pride in the property! I highly recommend anyone looking for a home to check Bexley out because it’s very much worth it!

I’ve lived in these apartments for over a year now. It is my first apartment and has far exceeded my expectations. For renters- the amenities are well suited for the amount of people living here. A never overly crowded pool or gym, having only 2 buildings is definitely a reason for this. It’s usually very quiet. Every concern I’ve had has been taken very seriously by management. They reply quickly and act effectively. Last year, when I switched my cooling to heating, it went out completely, I told the management staff and a maintenance person showed up 20 minutes later. They are seen constantly keeping the grounds clean, and when seeing the staff they remember my name and say hello! I’ve been at Bexley for over a year with no issues. I had to put in a maintenance request for an appliance issue. I requested they call before they come, which they did, and it was super speedy and easy. Jordan fixed my issue and even advised to put in another request that was unrelated to why he came, and he would fix it while he was there. He even gave some love to my pup before he left. He was also quiet and respectful as I was working at home at the time.
