Beverly Springs Apartments

I’ve been staying here at Beverly Springs since 2020 and the management before was terrible… but now that we have Kim, she came in and been on top of everything. Almost everything in my unit has been replaced. She’s respectful, kind, and cares for her tenants. Her maintenance team is fantastic. I hope she stays with us. She is doing amazing things. Keep up the good work Kim .

This is my first time living ANYWHERE that my concerns were acknowledged and corrected immediately! Ms.Kim is an amazing, attentive property manager. Her maintenance crew, 10/10🤩 When maintenance was done doing his job, that nice man did not only clean up what he messed up but he mopped his way out of the door(LITERALLY) 😂 Very professional, very clean, very demure lol THANK YOUUU ALL SOOO MUCH

Ms.Kim is the best property manager my complex has had since I been living here. I'm a tenant of 7 year as of June. She is gem. She came in handing business. She gets the job done . If I could give 100 stars she would deserve every last one of them. She very efficient and gets things done in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns she on it . I appreciate her so much .

Do not move here they never fix anything there’s over $15,000 worth of water damage in my apartment. He simply told me that he wasn’t going to spend the money to fix it and wasn’t going to move me into a new unit not only that he has a lot of charges. You can go look them up. It’s not safe for kids over here!!

I have been living at my home for a year and two months. The community is quiet a great place to live very pleasant.
