I would rate it a zero if I could. I had inadequate heating due to a semi working furnace during the coldest part of winter for a week and a half. Now my a/c is out for 3 days. Worst HVAC repair person. A portable unit was brought in begrudgingly for one day. They got the ac working but not repaired then immediately removed the portable. AC was out that evening. No portable to cool. Still have not received an email or phone call from the management. I have tried calling but have yet to talk to anyone in Omaha. Going on day 4.
